1. Mixed Use Development – Maple Ridge
Maunsell is developing a potential project located at Albion Area which is an extension of the City of Maple Ridge. The proposed project is a mixed use, commercial and residential. It is intended to provide for convenience shopping and personal services to the residents of the surrounding neighborhoods. It will also include residential units and surface and underground parking.
The plot is located at the southeast corner of 112 Avenue and 240 street. Total plot area is about 38,000 SF or 0.89 acres. The building will be L shaped four floors. Underground for parking, Ground floor as commercial with surface parking spaces and two floors of residential units.
